2. Damaged Items: Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. For after-hours notifications, kindly leave a message with your contact information. We are committed to replacing any damaged items that have been compromised during shipping.

3. Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not offer full refunds in most cases. In special circumstances we could not solve the problem, we will issue a partial refund.

4. Quality-Based Returns: Returns are accepted exclusively based on quality concerns. Personal preferences or style choices are not grounds for return.

5. Care Instructions: It is essential to promptly water and maintain the floral arrangements for longevity. Responsibility for care rests with the recipient upon delivery.

6. Substitutions: Her Flower & Coffee Inc. reserves the right to substitute blooms of similar appearance and value when necessary. Our goal is to ensure your arrangement closely matches the advertised product. Please contact us directly to confirm specific product availability.

7. Card Messages: If no specific name is provided for the card message, we will include the sender's name by default.

8. Delivery: Our delivery times are categorized as "morning" or "afternoon." For precise timing, please contact our team to arrange accommodations.

9. Recipient Availability: It is the sender’s responsibility to confirm the recipient's availability at the designated delivery location on the agreed date. We aim to deliver as requested without prior notification to maintain the element of surprise.
